    Pam Jacoby,  NLPMP, CEO of Jacoby Navigation, is passionate about helping people and organizations thrive.     Her  insights, tools, and strategies improve individual and team performance and lead change management for personal and organizational transformation.     For over 15 years working with Fortune 50 companies, Pam focused on the drivers of change and collaboration, transforming the way people work together. As a trusted advisor with Cisco, Google, and Visa, she has empowered small teams of under 20 to business units of 3,000. She has guided executive leadership in their missions and worked with their teams to execute the strategies to reach their goals.

    “Years ago, I hiked across Spain on Camino de Santiago. There were shells on stone posts that were the markers keeping you on the path.  Helping you navigate to the end – to the city of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.  That’s where I came up with the name for my business ‘Jacoby Navigation’”.

    For centuries people have hiked the ‘Camino’ for their own reasons – some spiritual and some to find their path or change their path.
